The sentences that matter most

A few minutes between flights
How it works

Six boxes, each a little harder.

Remember a word and it moves up a box and comes back later. Forget it and it drops back and returns sooner.

  1. —Learnmeet the word
  2. 1Read itnow
  3. 2Hear it1 day
  4. 3 · 4 · 5Recall it3 · 7 · 14 days
  5. 6Mastered✓

A wrong answer drops the word back one box.

First you pick the meaning from four options, then you hear the word without seeing it, and finally you say it yourself — which is what the job needs.

Who’s behind it

Made by a flight attendant

Hello, I’m Lukas. I’m a flight attendant myself. A few words in someone’s own language changes a whole flight for them, and I never had a good way to learn them between rotations — so I built one. I hope it makes your work a little easier.

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. There’s no sign-up and no login. Install the app and start; your progress syncs through your own iCloud account.

Does it work offline?

Yes, completely. Every word and all the audio ship inside the app.

Is it on Android?

Not yet — CrewLingo is iPhone-only for now.

My native language isn’t English. Can I still use it?

Yes. Set your native language and every card shows the meaning in it: English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese or Turkish.

I found a wrong translation.

Please report it from the card — there’s a report button on every card in a session, and it comes straight to the developer. Leave your email and you’ll get a reply.

Is this medical training?

No. CrewLingo teaches the language for medical situations — asking, understanding, reassuring — not medical procedure. Your airline’s training and procedures always come first.

What’s free?

Everything the app does, in all seven languages. Only the topics are limited: the first three are free, Plus unlocks the rest.
